And we usually don’t care about,  where the waste or the dumped clothes go?       While studying about sustainable fashion , I got to know that It addresses the entire process in which clothing is produced, consumed and disposed of; who, what, how, when, where and the expected useful life of the product before entering into landfills. So, while learning this we got an activity to Reuse or Recycle any product.   The Main objective was to give the piece of clothing a new life and spare our planet from a bit of waste material from the fashion industry. Fabric used : I had a pair of jeans that I had not worn in the past few months. So, I decided to make something out of it. This is the Jeans I have selected. Step:1    I have decided that I will make this denim into a skirt Dungaree. So, I had first cut it into which shape I have to give. Step:2 ...

VISIT TI KIRAN NADAR MUSEUM

Image
There was museum visit arranged by our college at The Kiran Nadar Museum. It was a day of 31st august a very wonderful day. Me and some of my friends took a metro and went there. It was a casual looking but very aesthetic museum. The artist who have portrait their work the work was all about the pain that the people experienced in the world war so the work was really dark. Then there was a textile exhibition too for which we went there and the designer Miss Rimzim dado was also there. The work was soo authentic and she explained each and every detail of her work that she has done and all the failures and achievements were hanging in the walls of the museum. It really gets me that how a person can just try and try clearing up the hurdles passing through it and just achieve what they actually wanted from life. It was a really great experience.
